If I could give negative stars, I would! This company took 8 days to make our 40 wine glasses, 36 coffee mugs and 50 coasters.
Then another 6 days for shipping. I can't even begin to explain the terrible quality of product that arrived. Half of our logo & writing was "rubbed off" when it was said to be ENGRAVED, the coasters were completely off-center, and the coffee mugs were dirty, dingy, and it was clear that the "imprint" was actually just a sticker. Knowing that we were supposed to be gifting these to client who spend $200,000-$1,000,000 with us, we could not gift this to them.
Multiple products were shattered upon arrival, and all that weren't, needed to end up in the garbage anyway. When talking to customer service to try to get a refund, we were told to take MANY photos and send them via email to Iyanna. She accused us of not sending her emails, altering the products/photos and damaging the products ourselves. Then refused to send us a refund until they received the product back and could inspect them, as if she didn't believe us.
She dodged our phone calls, didn't respond to our emails, and sent us labels to ship her the boxes with well over $700 of product and the return name was not only not the purchaser, but a random name. It took 15+ phone calls, 20+ emails and ONE FULL MONTH to remedy this situation.
Do yourself a favor and go with a company who cares about their customers and takes pride in the product they produce. From company to company- bad on you discountmugs.com and Iyanna.
