I placed an order with discount mugs at the end of November with a delivery date of December 1. The product was not delivered until December 16 and it was missing the desired artwork.
The only remedy was a discount of about 30 percent however after spending almost $1000 hoping to provide my employees with a decent Christmas gift I was disappointed with the mug that had half the artwork I was promised. I would highly recommend that you choose a different company to provide your mugs.
I did keep the 100 mugs I ordered but I am extremely disappointed with the overall product. If it weren’t a Christmas gift I would have sent the items back however with less than 10 days before Christmas I need to provide my employees or something.
