Awful customer service and bait and switch with production timelines. It took 7 days after paying to get a proof then their promised delivery date (after you've already paid) gets pushed back 20 DAYS.
They try to get you to then pay for expedited services to meet your deadlines because they didn't communicate with you. I still can't see my order in my account but they assure me it's there. Their definition of a proof is a joke. They simply pasted what I sent them on top of a mug not even attempting to wrap it around.
I know what I sent you, if that's the proof then it's just another delay tactic to give them more production time.
Takes days to get responses from problem tickets. When you use the online chat system they don't know what you're talking about.
