Do not order from these folks unless you can wait forever. I ordered 72 logo wine glasses before Thanksgiving and was given a written estimated delivery of Dec 4 or 5th for our December 11 business event.

I didn't receive the order by then, so i called and they told me it had been originally estimated for Dec 7th (WHAT??) and told me i should have paid extra for guaranteed delivery. (HUH??) I didnt receive it on Dec 7 so they said they would guarantee a delivery of Dec 13th (THAT SCREWS ME, BUT ITS A GUARANTEE) I didnt receive it on Dec 13 and they now say it will be delivered by Dec 29th (NO THANKS- I WANT MY MONEY BACK)
