Discountmugs - Couldn't even get a sample order right.
Ordered sample calendars for a family member who wanted a particular style that isn't sold locally. The website allowed me to choose the year so I chose one for 2018 and one for 2019.
I received two 2018 calendars. I called Customer Service and was told to email her pictures of the wrong product. I did that. Didn't hear anything back.
About a week later, a salesperson emailed asking how I liked the sample product. I responded back that my order was wrong, and that I hadn't gotten a response back.
As expected, I didn't receive a response. They can fill your inbox with promotional emails, but can't respond to a customer's inquiry.
