Resolved: Terrible Product, Terrible Customer Service.
Received a call from a customer Rep. She said 170 new water bottles will be shipped out.
That's all I wanted to hear. Get what I paid for.

Horrible Product, Non Existent Customer Service
Preferred solution: pay return for the mugs you shipped to me.
Horrible Glass Print Quality: Streaks and Smeared ink
We ordered two rounds of the same print on glassware. The first print had some streaking of the ink, but we re-ordered, hoping it was an isolated incident. The second round was even worse; the print wasn't even the same size or in the same location on the glass as the first round of prints, additionally, the prints on the second round were crooked too!

About half were streaked/smeared in some way, and in the second round it appeared they were all crooked.
There are cheaper places to get glasses that have better prints; we have found Grandstand to be a good alternative.
Cannot judge quality of product; never received it; only promises and apologies.
We ordered 75 imprinted canvas tote bags on March 31, 2015, providing camera ready artwork. We received a proof and approved it within a few hours of receipt.
We were repeatedly told that we would have the bags on April 16. On April 14 we called Customer Service several times and each time, after long waits, our calls were dropped. We left our phone number and asked for a return call; never came. Finally through a "Live Chat" referral, I spoke with Victor in Sales.
He assured me that although Tracking did not show it, our bags would be printed and shipped that evening and we would have them April 16. Never happened. On April 16 we went through the futile, frustrating attempt to reach Customer Service. Only when we threatened Alberto on "Live Chat" with requesting an American Express chargeback on the $500 we had paid up front, were we able to speak with Mel in Customer Service who promised that he would call this morning and arrange for the bags to be delivered on Monday.
Not surprised that he did not call. A few minutes ago we once again called Customer Service, which the website says is open until 12:00 a.m. They were closed at 4:00 CDT. At one point on April 16 during our "Live Chat" with Alberto (talking to Alberto was almost as helpful as talking to the wall), he said that he thought our order was "now" scheduled for delivery on April 28.
Even if that happened, which I cannot imagine, it would mean a full month to turn around on our simple order -- and the bags would be of no value to us. Do not use this vendor; avoid our disgusting experience.

The worst....do not deal with this company!
Could not get a response to my complaint
Ordered almost $300 in men's and women's shirts. Women's shirts were very small, like children clothing.
I called, sent pictures as requested, but could not get a single response from them. The women who received these shirts to wear all made comments such as "You're kidding, right?" and "these are childrens tops" I had ordered two XL shirts and they fit two women who normally wore medium. Attached is one of the pictures I sent them, a Large shirt of theirs (Gray) on top of a medium shirt.
No acknowledgement after calling and sending pictures. Do not do business with this company.
