Received a call from a customer Rep. She said 170 new water bottles will be shipped out.

That's all I wanted to hear. Get what I paid for.

I ordered 250 water bottles for my shops grand opening. I ordered them way in advance to insure they will arrive on time. The water bottles showed up with the printing off center and most (170) had some graphics missing because they were printed on the seams on the sides of the bottle. I had to fill out a ticket and when I looked hours later to see if there was a response, it said the ticket or complaint was closed. I called customer service and after trying to explain to the girl what happened after 3 times on hold she said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I could have went somewhere else to get the bottles. Now I'm getting the runaround from this company. Will never use this company again. They are NOT professional. How can a company who's business is mostly imprinting let these bottles go to shipping. Now Im out $250 bucks, and no good water bottles for Grand Opening. Everybody makes mistakes, but how you correct them builds integrity, which this company does not have! DONT USE!!

Discount Mugs bold-face LIES!

A co-worker/product manger needed 100 custom-imprinted coasters delivered to a trade show, urgently. While it was a last-minute concept and request, it was possible and doable ... or at least that's what Discount Mugs said they could AND would do. The quotation process was flawless and of course seemed legit. Before actually placing the order though, I prudently called DM and Junnell verified EVERYTHING, right down to the extra rush charges for shipping and DM's acceptable art formats. When I was unable to upload art due to my employer's firewall settings, I initiated a chat session with Jacklyn, where I was instructed to e-mail my artwork instead. I copied and pasted the email address FROM the chat window, so as to not inadvertently enter it incorrectly, so there is no question it was received by DM - and I never received an email bounce-back. However ... a mere THREE hours before the order was due for delivery, my co-worker emailed me saying that DM said they never received my artwork. When I called customer service, first it took nearly 10 minutes for the call to be answered, after being told repeatedly that it would be 4-6 minutes as Jack Johnson played TOO LOUDLY between wait reminders. Then the clearly annoyed CSR (whose name I have no idea how to spell) put me on hold for another 10 minutes, before coming back with a feeble attempt at rectifying the mess. She offered the order to be delivered tomorrow and a 20% discount on future orders. Nope, sorry ... the trade show is finished tonight, so no dice. Then she hemmed and hawed and finally said the card would be credited. That last part remains to be seen, as this all transpired in the last 24 hours and isn't over yet - my co-worker is still in Cali, without her items and probably feeling completely *** due to DM's gross incompetence. However ... when the unnamed CSR made the offer to deliver tomorrow, I knew then they were bold-face lying . If DM never received my art, how in the world did they expect to deliver my item by tomorrow? Right ... THEY'RE NOT! I did not locate this vendor but if I had, I would have immediately known to steer clear based on their geographic location in So. Florida. Hard pressed to find anyone who's legitimate near Hialeah so, it's no surprise to me while reading the other reviews that this place produces nothing but ***, along with limp excuses for their shoddy work AND customer service. To Discount Mugs: Hire people who actually know what they're doing ... unless the "confusion" is all part of your ruse. In that case, you're spot-on and are doing a bang-up job at being shysters! Pat yourself on the back for a job NOT well done!

ORDERED 500 COZIES ,WAITED ON PROOF, PROOF WAS VERY POOR QUALITY IN MY OPINION, DID NOT LOOK LIKE PIC I SUBMITTED . CANCELED BY EMAIL, GOT EMAIL BACK ASKING CONFIRM CANCEL. CALLED ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES, WHILE THEY ASKED IF I WANTED STORE CREDIT, THEN SAID I WOULD BE CHARGED 10% BECAUSE OF PROOF. I ASKED IF IT WAS IN TERMS THEY SAID YES. I WAS CHARGED OVER $16 FOR WHAT???? DO NOT RECOMEND THEM, WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD CONTACTED DISCOUNT MUGS TO ORDER SOME WATER BOTTLES. AFTER WE STRUGGLED TO GET EVERYTHING RIGHT THE ORDER CAME IT AND IT WAS GOOD. AND SHORTY AFTER THERE WERE CHARGES STARTING JUST 8 MILES AWAY FROM THEM EATING AND SHOPPING, GIFT CARDS,SUNGLASSES,AND DISNEY HILTON HOTEL STAY. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LET THEM KNOW THAT IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAVE SOMEBODY THAT IS A THIEF AND THE LADY SAID THAT SOME ONE WOULD CONTACT ME. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM 2 MORE TIMES AND NOBODY WILL CALL OR CONTACT ME. I GUESS AFTER THEY SPENT $2200 EXTRA ON MY CREDIT CARD THEY DON'T NEED ANY MORE CUSTOMERS.

We ordered about $5,000 worth of coffee mugs. It took about 2 months to receive the first bit of the order at all. When we did start to get the mugs the print quality was horrible. It was so bad I can not use them. There were inked finger prints all over the mugs, the print quality was not close to good Customer service was horrible. I would call back and get no one, I would email and get no one. I finally had to ask for a refund. Now a week later and no response from them. Had to do a charge back on the credit card we used to purchase.

We ordered two rounds of the same print on glassware. The first print had some streaking of the ink, but we re-ordered, hoping it was an isolated incident. The second round was even worse; the print wasn't even the same size or in the same location on the glass as the first round of prints, additionally, the prints on the second round were crooked too!

The picture shows:

About half were streaked/smeared in some way, and in the second round it appeared they were all crooked.

There are cheaper places to get glasses that have better prints; we have found Grandstand to be a good alternative.

Cannot judge quality of product; never received it; only promises and apologies.

We ordered 75 imprinted canvas tote bags on March 31, 2015, providing camera ready artwork. We received a proof and approved it within a few hours of receipt.

We were repeatedly told that we would have the bags on April 16. On April 14 we called Customer Service several times and each time, after long waits, our calls were dropped. We left our phone number and asked for a return call; never came. Finally through a "Live Chat" referral, I spoke with Victor in Sales.

He assured me that although Tracking did not show it, our bags would be printed and shipped that evening and we would have them April 16. Never happened. On April 16 we went through the futile, frustrating attempt to reach Customer Service. Only when we threatened Alberto on "Live Chat" with requesting an American Express chargeback on the $500 we had paid up front, were we able to speak with Mel in Customer Service who promised that he would call this morning and arrange for the bags to be delivered on Monday.

Not surprised that he did not call. A few minutes ago we once again called Customer Service, which the website says is open until 12:00 a.m. They were closed at 4:00 CDT. At one point on April 16 during our "Live Chat" with Alberto (talking to Alberto was almost as helpful as talking to the wall), he said that he thought our order was "now" scheduled for delivery on April 28.

Even if that happened, which I cannot imagine, it would mean a full month to turn around on our simple order -- and the bags would be of no value to us. Do not use this vendor; avoid our disgusting experience.

Horrible company with no concern for their customers!

I wanted to place an order, and was promised there was absolutely no problem in getting my order on time with their "Rush Shipping". I spoke with two different representatives before I placed the order, as their shipping charge was a hefty amount. I went to check status of my order and noticed that it was delayed....I called...they couldn't give me a reason why, and disconnected me twice. Mind you, they billed my card within 8 hours of placing order. I called numerous times, sent emails, and even had online chats, (which they also cut me off when they couldn't give me any answers), but couldn't get anywhere. Spoke with one rep who downright lied saying the order was shipped on time. So, the items finally got here, the day after the event that I needed them for.....label shows regular ground shipping, and mailed late. Tried to call again, as I felt that I should be credited for at least the shipping charges. Again, conveniently disconnected. No one will return calls, or emails.

I have yet to have a positive experience with DiscountMugs. Customer Service reps are not trained in, or empowered in, conflict resolution. The Art Department is abysmal in its execution of duties, changing ordered at will and ignoring customers' needs and requests. Deadlines for production and delivery have no meaning. DiscountMugs approach seems to be "when we get around to it!" I cannot - will not - recommend DiscountMugs to anyone.....Period.

The worst....do not deal with this company!

Ordered merchandise...requested and paid for rush shipping...billed my account within minutes....spoke with three different people due to the fact that my ordered kept being delayed, but they could give no reason as to why. Was told it finally shipped and that it was guaranteed to reach me by my event date, (actually the day before) even though I paid for rush shipping to have it a few days before. Did not receive it on time for event...was literally cut off three different times on live chat...and merchandise received was a total disaster. Would not give these to my clients, even as a free giveaway....too embarrassed by product. So, if you want to use a company that has horrible quality merchandise, does not answer emails or phone calls, (which is why I had to do live chat), makes promises they cant keep, and charges incredible fees for shipping..by all means use Discount Mugs!

Ordered almost $300 in men's and women's shirts. Women's shirts were very small, like children clothing.

I called, sent pictures as requested, but could not get a single response from them. The women who received these shirts to wear all made comments such as "You're kidding, right?" and "these are childrens tops" I had ordered two XL shirts and they fit two women who normally wore medium. Attached is one of the pictures I sent them, a Large shirt of theirs (Gray) on top of a medium shirt.

No acknowledgement after calling and sending pictures. Do not do business with this company.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. Within a week, I received a full refund for the undersized shirts.

without being able to read the tag i'll take it from experience that the grey shirt looks to be 100% if not almost 100% cotton and has been washed at least once. this happens ALL the time which is why I buy shirts 2-3 sizes bigger than needed unless I know for a fact it's pre-shrunk cotton and won't shrink much if at all any further.

that being said you should keep contacting them relentlessly until they correct the issue if that's HOW you got the items and not how they appeared after washing them.

The shirts were right out of the box and never washed. Had I washed them, they would have been childrens clothes. But, after filing a complaint with the BBB, I received a refund check withing days.

It is not the shirts that is the problem, losing a few pounds would make you fit into them.

The customer service rep I placed my order with on 9/20/14 was very helpful. I told her I needed the 10,500 water bottles by 10/2/14 and she assured me they were in stock (no imprinting ordered) and would be shipped on 9/25/14 to arrive on 9/30/14 or 10/01/14. The $4063.50 was charged to my credit card on 9/20/14. I was then called my the company on 9/30/14 to "verify my order". I panicked and told them it was supposed to arrive by the next day. This rep assured me she would expedite the order so I'd receive it by 10/2/14. An hour later they called back and asked if I'd accept it on 10/3/14 and I agreed to this. Well....they didn't show up on 10/3/14 and when I tracked them to a local trucking company they said they had not received the shipment. I called Discount Mug back and was told I had to file a complaint online on their website, which I did. I still have not heard back from that call or from the e-mail today. The water bottles showed up in the afternoon of 10/4/14 when we were nearing the end of our event (a large community-wide packing party to pack 23,000 gift-filled shoe boxes to be sent to needy children around the world.) By the time they showed up many of the volunteers had left and we were not able to reach our goal because we didn't have the 10,500 water bottles we needed to completely fill the boxes. I'm very disappointed. Still haven't heard from the company. I'm thinking of filing a dispute with my credit card company because even though the product is good I am stuck with a lot of unused water bottles because they arrived too late.

After this initial review was written I received a response from the customer service department. They offered me a very nice refund on my order. I was pleased with their settlement and would order from this company again--as long as I allowed plenty of time for delivery.

Update on this--A customer representative finally did contact me and offered a very generous discount to be refunded to my credit card since the order arrived late. The product and price are definitely good and I would recommend Discount Mugs as long as you are careful to place your order long before you need it.

Just went to order 144 mugs from a catalog I got in today's biz mail. The price I was given was WAY higher than my calculations. The sales guy "Mauricio" told me to look at their disclaimer on the inside of page 1 that states their prices are 'subject to change' and their prices went way up. I said, "You people send out old catalogs KNOWING these prices were incorrect? He referred to the 2-point type disclaimer again; A catalog I just get today and it's outta already date; really? I asked who owns the company because this was a ridiculous way to operate a business and he tells me he cannot "disclose who owns the company". Discountmugs is NO discount. I'll go with my local guy who is pennies more but honest. Caveat emptor, people!
