Zero stars. I ordered 800 tote bags online. Their website did not pick up my order, or artwork and charged a random amount of almost $500 to my credit card. I spent 45 minutes talking to Jendy who promised me that my order would be delivered on a specific date. I received the proof the following day, and the date was a week later! Placed a small and simple printed stadium cup order and its been nothing but problems with their customer service and their very poor service art team that is unresponsive and inaccurate. I have been lied to over and over and the cups will be useless since now that we have lost over a week in the art "que" as they refer to it, the cups will not be done in time. I ordered fifty over priced flash drives, six of which didn't work. It took me a while to find this out as I was using these as the need arose, but you can only submit claims within a month. They were unwilling to work with me on replacing just the six broken drives so I won't be using them again. The transfer speed was incredibly slow on the ones that did work too anyway. I ordered 75 custom logo pint glasses for our homebrew club. The logo ordered was in burgundy. 75 glasses with translucent, streaky, pink logos arrived. One had scuffs and this made me suspicious. Hand-washing them ALL with a simple plastic scrubby sponge scraped the logo off. Discount mugs gave me a long run around and the result is that now we are getting 75 additional crappy glasses. I ordered 100 visors on Sept 21. Their estimated delivery time was Oct 4. I checked back several times and their estimated delivery time remained Oct 4. On Oct 3 I saw it was still "In Production" I contacted them and was told sorry estimated delivery time was now Oct 10...then after asking if it could be rushed was told the best they could do was Oct 14. Discount mugs has been the worst experience. The supervisor Lucy is the worst they come. Very rude and insulting. I placed a reorder for 12 shirts, 1 color imprint only and still waiting and its been 12 days. My company constantly places orders on a continuos which brings business and the way we were treated today by Lucy will be known to others.

This company is HORRIBLE! Do NOT use them!!! I ordered 50 coffee mugs with a simple single color logo printed on them and here's what I received: + Box 1 = 18 horribly printed mugs + Box 2 = 36 horribly printed mugs + Box 3 = 36 blank mugs ALL mugs had spotty printing, wavy text, shadow images, chips, ink bleeds - everything bad you can imagine, these mugs had it! So I have ordered key chains and pens in the past. May not be a lot of money to some but it was close to $800. I ordered some more key chains on august 31st. $384. So that's like almost $1200. They said they will be here around september 8th,9th. I called on the the 12th to see where they were. She said that they were delayed and will be here on the 19th. I requested 9 mugs as samples so we could pick which one we wanted; for a potential order of 10,000 I assumed they would give us free samples. They did not; each mug was charged for, and each mug additionally charged $5 or $8 for shipping. $63 in shipping charges! My order was simple: 6 dozen custom mugs. I even did and submitted the artwork to insure it accuracy, of which the backside of the mug of was a list of two columns of dates and cities. From then on it was a *** shoot with this company.
