Discountmugs - I have not received confirmation of my shipment
I have called for shipping information regarding my order which was estimated to arrive today. I called on 12/10 & 12/11/ 2023 and spoke to the representative who promised to call me back with my order status. No one from Discount Mugs has reached out to me either by email or telephone. I need these mugs by December 15, 2023 as they need to be mailed out to relatives for presents.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - Use 4IMPRINT or any other promotional company.
I will try to summarize my issue, what's more important is the response from Discount Mugs.
I ordered approximately 120 glasses with our non-profit logo and lettering to give away at our charity golf tournament. We handed out about 85-90 glasses.

Note that I ordered these glasses 3 months prior to our event to take advantage of a 20% discount that ended 2/28/23. I rec'd the glasses and inspected them and they were fine.
A week after our event on 5/5/23 I rec'd a text from another member of our organization along with a picture of what her 2 glasses looked like after going through 1 dishwasher cycle. Part of the logos and lettering on both glasses had peeled off. I then took 2 glasses from our remaining and washed them the logo and lettering on one of them peeled off.

I then heard from 3 others who had the same thing happen to their glasses.
I reached out to Customer service, and they asked to supply pictures. I did so of 3 glasses that the logo was defective. I rec'd an email back the next day first saying that my dispute was beyond the time frame for any disputes, but they said they would see what they could do. The next day I rec'd a follow up saying that they would offer an online credit for the 3 glasses that were defective.

That credit would only be good for 3 months. They said they would also give us a credit for any additional pictures we could provide.
So, what they were saying is that if I could reach out to everyone who rec'd a glass and had an issue please send me a pic. Then even after accomplishing this virtually impossible task all I would have is an 3 month online credit.
Our organization only orders promotional items for our yearly golf tournament so to take advantage of the 3-month credit I would need to order something before August 2023 for an event next May 2024. And what if that item was found to be defective after our May 2024 tournament.
I have about 60 glasses in boxes that are useless.

I am not going to give out glasses to our members or guests at our meetings that potentially will peel off. Now I could dish wash the remaining glasses and then send pics to DM but what if in some cases the logo peels off after 2, 3 or more washes and if I was able to send pics and DM gave me a credit again it would only be for 3 months which is totally useless for our organization.
I detailed all of this in a lengthy email to DM CS and they replied like they didn't even read my email because after telling them i would be unable to use any online credit in 3 months time they offered. They said if I could provide 15-20 pics of proof, they would offer an additional 20% credit again with the 3-month expiration which again is useless for our organization. So now our organization has given out defective items to our golfers and I have about 60 more glasses that I might as well donate to Goodwill since I do not know which ones our logo will peel off in future dish washes.
I told DM to remove my contact information and I plan on unsubscribing from their promotional email listing the next time I get an email.
Take a chance and you may get the item you pay but if you want to get your moneys worth use ANY other promotional company and save face by staying away from Discount Mugs.

I should have known. Don't trust a company with "discount" in its name.

Late shipment due to late communication from discount mugs regarding cup color out of stock

I placed my order in time for my shipment to arrive several days before the party I needed them for. Several days AFTER I placed my order, I was notified of out of stock cup color. I immediately called and changed my cup color and requested expedited production and shipping to receive the cups by Saturday 16th. The cups did not arrive until Wednesday 20th (which was too late). I am very disappointed and had requested a full return to my bank account on file. This information is in my file. I would like for management to review, please, and get back with me. Did you get a refund? I only discovered your review after the mugs had already shipped. So, I put a couple in the dishwasher and had the same problem.

Y'all Ripped Me Off

Back in August of 2021, I order thirty-six (36) cobalt blue coffee mugs for a Fiftieth College Reunion.

The printing was in bright yellow and placed on opposite sides of the mug. I presented at least one each to my classmates and everyone was thrilled with this small token.

I brought four (4) of the mugs home with me and placed them in the dishwasher.

I was appalled to find that the printing on the mugs had virtually washed off almost completely. They were ruined.

I spent over $250.00 on these mugs only to find out that the quality for the lettering was completely unacceptable.

You ripped me off. You stole over $250.00 from me and all of my classmates will have the same problem. The importance of the keepsake is diminished by the poor qualitiy.

I want my money back.

All of it. If there are any questions about my order and the quality of the item after the fact, then you are free to call me at 404.234.4745 at anytime.

Let me say this one more time: I want my money back.

Terrible service

Placed a order for 110 golf divot tools (blank) on Sept 3rd. Paid extra shipping for guarantee delivery Sept 7th.

Golf tournament was Sept 12 and i needed to engrave on divot tools. They finally showed up on Sept 17th after the tournament was over. Emailed sales rep on Sept 8th, 9th and asked where order was. No response.

Wrote a customer service ticket on Sept 10th, saying to cancel order. No response. called sept 13th, talked to a rep. said she will cancel order and refund card.

Sept 15th i get an email that order has shipped. Called right away. They said cant stop order now it is too late But will refund card and just send back when you recieve. Now they will not answer or call me back and i have 110 divot tools i do not need.

And no refund.

This company isa joke. III

The company's refusal to help after we had spent up to $28,000 with their store is a disappointing outcome. We now have an order of what was supposed to be for 800 mugs with the wrong logo! Their resolve was to offer us a lousy $75 store credit and 108 free mugs. $28,000 WAS STILL POCKETED BY THIS COMPANY!! Lets also not forget the time they have ran us around by refusing to answer our calls or giving us a runaround whenever you can get an actual person on the phone! Ripped off from buying mugs

You don't want to get ripped off! This company will take your money and run. We ordered promotional items worth $20,000 and shipping was a whopping 800 bucks. But they never sent us the goods - instead, we received someone else's order of mugs with Remax Real Estates logo. When we contacted them about this problem, they either dodged our calls or gave us a runaround. In the end, they offered us a lousy $75 store credit and 108 free mugs. Mind you, this after spending a $20,000 order. Where did that money all go?? POCKETED. They refused to do anything else for us after receiving our complaints over four times- what kind of customer service does this offer? Avoid at all costs!!!Avoid

This is a cautionary statement about the consequences of trusting shoddy companies, and how they can wreak havoc on your business. Our company recently placed a $20k order for promotional mugs with this company because their prices appeared unbeatable!

Shipping was supposed to be around 800$, so it all seemed very reasonable until we realized what happened: The wrong logo got sent in our shipment - not even close! Upon contacting them to make the situation right for us, they offered us a $75 credit for their store along with 108 mugs. This is after we spent up to $28,000 with their company. This is not any kind of refund, and its not remotely a way to make the situation right on their end.

THIS IS A REFUSAL TO HELP.

Do not do business with them. THEY WILL TAKE AND RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!

We are a marketing company, and we recently had an issue with our order for promotional mugs. Weve spent up to $28,000 in their store so far, but when the wrong logo got sent in shipment, they offered us only 108 mugs of merchandise as compensation! No customer service skills whatsoever... I do not recommend this company at all!!

Ripped off for thousands of dollars

This is the worst customer service that we have ever seen. We've been trying to get the wrong logo on our promotional mugs replaced for weeks now and their response has always been "no." They offered us 108 replacement mugs, but only $75 store credit when we spent up to $28k with them? What kind of company refuses to help someone that they owe so much money too?! This company's customer service really needs some improvement, because it seems as though they refuse any responsibility or accountability in fixing mistakes! WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, AND YOU WILL LIKELY GET ROBBED!

I ordered shirts from this company. After I placed the order I emailed them to confirm that the color in my logo is orange and not red. They assured me that the color would be orange. The shirts arrive and the shirts have red and not orange. I emailed the company and requested that they make the order correct. They declined my request and offered me a $25 credit towards my next order. I sent them a copy of the email and pictures of the shirts and they still declined to make the order correct. Don't use this company.

Super disappointed with this company. I ordered these cute ornaments to decorate our company tree and to give out to our employees and family on a drive thru Christmas Party. They did not arrive when they said they would, I called and they said they would put a rush, and then they still did not arrive. Called again today and they said now the ornaments order has been placed on hold. I asked why and they said well you needed them on the 5th... do you still want them? They will arrive after Christmas. Started this whole process in early November and now we are stuck. Super disappointed... plus, I would not have even known they weren't going to arrive if I had not called them.

Pure junk! I received a beautiful full color proof as in the image of this complaint. I approved the proof. What I received was a blurry all black piece of junk. When I emailed the complaint, they said "Even though you upload a full color logo on the Design lab, the system will only read 1 color. " I tossed all of them in the trash.
